Producing superior quality olive oil, from olives that meet the specified requirements and guaranteeing optimal processing conditions;
Valuing olive production, maintaining cooperation with olive growers;
Ensuring compliance with product specifications, namely in terms of food safety;
Promote team work, learning, training and good practices; considering the dissemination of food safety culture, environmental awareness and customer focus;
Know and control the environmental impacts generated in the activity of the LV, assuming a responsible attitude and oriented towards the protection of the environment, for the prevention of pollution and minimizing negative environmental impacts;
Comply with legislation and other compliance obligations related to process and product, food safety and the environment;
Promote the continuous improvement of the Quality, Food Safety and Environment Management System;
Satisfy the needs and expectations of customers and other stakeholders of the organization;
